My pencil skirts are really difficult to get up over my, not over large hips,

This is so much so that when I am at home it is easier to slip my skirt down to my ankles first.

However, I am reluctant to do this if I am out and, using public/shop toilets.

I wondered if any other girls, or perhaps crossdressers have this problem and how you resolve it.

Secondly, I always like to wear a waist slip/petticoat under my skirts.

Does anybody know of a source for a pencil-style slip?
